Born into a family of goldsmiths, MARCEL-LENOIR began his studies in Paris in 1889 at the Arts-décoratifs then at the Beaux-Arts.
His work is timeless, cradled by its many influences that will evolve during his career. (middle-age, symbolism, Cézanne...)
In 1919-1920, Marcel-Lenoir founded the "Institut d'esthétique contemporaine". He taught fresco art, engraving and illustration.
