These two 19th century white Paris porcelain vases are decorated on the front with a charming floral design of roses, violets and other very fine and delicate flowers.
Antique dealers commonly refer to "Vieux Paris" porcelain as hard-paste porcelain with a milky, brilliant white color.
The colored backgrounds and motifs do not use gold, which is reserved for the Royal Manufactory at Sèvres (although some liberties are sometimes taken).
