Spanish painter, born and died in Seville.
The painting is not signed. But on the left side, a chair is present with an easily identifiable newspaper "La Espereanza".

A prolific painter, his talent was equally at home in genre scenes, portraits, landscapes and drawings, and was recognized by the institutions. He was a member of the Academies of Madrid, Seville, London and Berlin.
He was awarded a gold medal at the 1900 Universal Exhibition.
He participated in and won numerous medals at the London, Munich, Vienna, Berlin and even Chicago Salons.
