Ferdinand LUNEL

Is a French artist, painter, caricaturist, illustrator and poster artist.

Ferdinand studied at the Beaux-Arts in Paris under 2 great masters, Jean Léon Gérôme and Caran d'Arche.
He frequented the circles of his time, both in classical art and the most modern, such as Renoir.
He soon developed a taste for caricature and illustration, collaborating with the leading daily newspapers of the day: Le Chat Noir, Le Courrier Français, Le Rire...
He sketched the life of his time, the belle époque, new leisure activities and, of course, Parisian life.
