A slightly curved chest of drawers from Lyon, it opens with three long, deeply molded drawers, carved at their ends, in reserve, with C-shaped foliage and twigs.

Its rounded uprights are richly carved on one third with a garland of foliage.
It has a corbin beak top cut into the front corners.
The sides are finely moulded.
The handles of the drawers and the entrances of the locks are in gilded bronze.
Lyon's cabinetmakers almost always use walnut, which is easy to work with and has a wonderful patina over time.
