A qualified architect, he took part in the construction of numerous institutional monuments in honor of famous figures in France:
The Salle des Illustres at Toulouse's Capitole, which he rebuilt and decorated.
The Elysée Palace owns two of his watercolors, commissioned by President Sadi Carnot.
There are also "Lafayette and his fellow soldiers" moments in Washington and Argentina.
