He spent a short time in the Russian capital, before leaving for Paris, then considered the place to be.
The painter traveled all over France, from the south to Brittany and Normandy.
His landscapes have a colorful, impressionistic touch.
For his city views, like ours, he employed a more modern perspective and framing, working with a subtle interplay of lines. In 1889, he exhibited Le Sommet de l'Elbrouss at the Paris Universal Exhibition, for which he received an Honorable Mention.
In 1893, Eugene Pospolitaki moved to Ekaternidodar to teach at the first women's painting academy.
At the same time as teaching, Pospolitaki used his father's inheritance to found the first private drawing school on the first floor of his house.
