REGAGNON Albert (1874-1961)
Is a French painter of landscape.
Born in Ariège to a father who was a fabric merchant, he became interested in painting at a very young age when he became enraptured with the works in the Toulouse museum. He then began to paint.
His father put him to work in retail, but the young man continued to paint in his spare time.

In 1923, he decided to settle in Toulouse.
In 1933, he exhibited in Paris at the Salon des Artistes Français, of which he was a member, and received an honorable mention.
